Nouveau-né avec des valves de l'urètre postérieur et une duplication urètrale compléte. Le méat en place correspond à un urètre filiforme peu fonctionnel et le méat hyspospade, fonctionnel, est pénien moyen. A l'UIV le rein gauche est muet. A la cystographie les valves postérieures sont sur les deux urètres.
Newborn with posterior urethral valves and complete urethral duplication. The in place meatus corresponds with a few functional thread-like urethre and the hypospadias meatus is in midshaft position. On IVP, there is no opacification of the left kidney. On cystogram the posterior valves are on both urethres.

Traitement: Résection endoscopique des valves de l'urètre hypospade et arrachement à la sonde de Fogarty des valves de l'urètre filiforme en place. Néphrectomie gauche d'un rein non fonctionnel. Secondairement urétroplastie de l'urètre hyspospade, mis en cannon de fusil à côté de l'urètre en place. Bon résultat à distance, mictions normales, bonne fonction rénale.
Treatment: Endoscopic resection of the hypospadias urethral valves and rupture of thread-like urethre valves by fogarty catheter. Nephrectomy of the no functional left kydney. In a second time urethroplasty of the hypospadias urethre put beside the normal meatus. Good result, normal stream and good renal function.
