Un nouveau-né de 1 mois avec un gros ombilic non cicatrisé et un aspect de masse sous-jacente à l'échographie. Ablation de l'ombilic et de cette masse puis omphaloplastie. A l'examen anatomo-pathologique, il s'agit d'un foie accessoire.

A newborn, 1 month old, with a big uncicatrised umbilicus and a mass under on sonogram. Excision of this mass and umbilicus then omphaloplasty. On pathological examination it's an accessory liver.
